Change the way you talk.
A lot of people think they will be happy once they get what they want. The
truth is, happiness is not something that comes from the outside, but it’s
what you find on the inside.
What really determine your happiness are your thoughts about yourself.
Your inner dialogue shapes the quality of your life.
What do you usually say to yourself? Whenever you make
a mistake, are you saying mean things like, “You are so stupid?” If
your inner dialogue is critical and negative all the time, that’s what you
will experience in life. If you want to feel better, practice choosing the
thoughts that will serve you.

真正决定快乐的是你对自己的想法。你的内心对话决定着你的生活质量。
你通常会对自己说些什么?每当你犯错时,你是否会说些刻薄的话,比如
“你真蠢”?
如果你的内心对话总是批判的和负面的,那么你生活中的感受也会如此。
如果你想感觉更好,就去练习选择那些对你有好处的想法。
