Filled up with the courage of heroes, 

I dare to be the first to carry out deeds.

Spare no efforts I would to phrase words well, 

To chase the best things with life strength.

少小离家时，豪掷千金诺。

而今无所成，羞言归故国。

When I left home at the young age, 

I made valuable promises boldly. 

Now I gain no success, 

How shamed I feel to return to homeland that gives me bless. 

风笑叶无根，落雪如游魂。

The wind laughs at the leaves, 

For they are simply rootless. 

The snow falls, 

Floating around like drifting souls.

命随相思去，酒至文亦来。

Gone with the longing is my fate,
